Mr. Ahmed Mehdi Samdani, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer 1,63,800 shares out of his total holding of 5,01,800 shares of the Company to his father Enamuzzaman Chowdhury, another Sponsor/Director of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.

Mr. Enamuzzaman Chowdhury, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed his intention to receive total 16,38,000 shares of the Company from his two sons Ahmed Mehdi Samdani (13,00,000 shares) and Ahmed Rajeeb Samdani (3,38,000 shares), both are Sponsors/Directors of the company by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days.
